Yesterday, we successfully delivered a demonstration workshop to Dialogue in the Dark (Taipei). In addition to introducing how we approach process improvement, the workshop also illustrated how the workshop could bring real improvement through the embedded activities and practices. Our founder, Mr Catus Lee, also shared a lot of real cases and experience to highlight the practical aspects of changes.

The participants from Dialogue in the Dark (Taipei) had also shared their feedback on how the workshop can be adjusted for the Taiwan market.

This is a very fruitful experience for both of us!
